Fingerprint Reader Suite is developed by UPEK Inc. and is used by 13 users of Software Informer. The names of program executable files are launchte.exe, ctlcntr.exe, enrollbtn.exe and startmui.exe. This particular product is not fit to be reviewed by our informers.

and recommends that you use only the most recent - STABLE version which is 2.0.14 ! ! !
I will NOT be updating until the next STABLE release that has mail-clients and RSS feeds working!
